Earlier this evening, the river gauge near Prospect, OH reached minor flood stage.
With a projected peak of 11.6 ft this could have the impact of "HIGHWAY 203 INACCESSIBLE NORTH OF PROSPECT. ELM AND WEST RIVER ROAD FLOODED"
Downstream gauge projections remain in the Action stage.
